LED R7S bulb light lamp testing process
1. We purchase the raw materials of the led r7s from foreign well-known brand suppliers, especially for the led beads.
2. Finished led R7S must be made 1000 times on-off test firstly, then go on aging test for 48 hours. Through these two steps strict test, ensure all the led R7S meet the quality standard.
3. Regarding to the usage environment of the led R7S, which affect the dissipation and life***n of the led R7S. The led R7S must be tested under a series of bad condition, including the highest temperature 150℃ and the lowest temperature -40℃, make sure the quality is very stable.
4. We will provide the customer a legitimate usage manual for the led R7S before shipment. If necessary, we also can provide technical support.
